What happens on the introductory call?
We listen. We want to understand your family, where you are today and what you would like to achieve, and to explain how we work and what we charge. There is no charge for the call and no advice is given on it. If we both feel it’s a good fit, we share an agreement for you to review.
If we sign up and have a complaint against you, what do we do?
Our engagements have strong governance, but if you are ever unhappy, please tell us first through our grievance redressal process. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can approach SEBI through the SCORES portal or use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal.
We want to arrange a financial wellness seminar for our employees.
We are passionate about spreading financial literacy and would be happy to share our experience with your employees. Please call or email us with the details. Note that we charge for our time.

We are open to new ideas. That said, we are clear about our client-centric way of working. We have not been enthusiastic about high-return, high-commission or aggressive-category products in the past. Our solutions are simple, and our clients and we are comfortable that way.
